When you send an enquiry through the "Start a project" form, we collect what you give us:
Our web host also keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Your enquiry is emailed to our team. It is stored with our web and email hosting provider in South Africa. We only share project details with suppliers or subcontractors when that is needed to quote on or deliver your project.
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to follow up and to deliver any work that comes from them. After that, we keep records only as long as the law or our accounting obligations require.
The website uses a secure (https) connection, and access to our email and hosting accounts is limited to our team.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. To do this, email jade@ocdesigns.co.za. If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforegulator.org.za.
